Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Start your request by entering your order number and shipping zip code into our online Returns & Exchanges portal to view your eligible items.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your product for a different shade, receive a store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our portal and securely package your items in their original box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop your package off at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
